1. Participation and Membership: Participation in the Chorus is open to individuals who share our commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and respect. Membership may be subject to certain requirements, rehearsals, and conduct standards as determined by Chorus leadership. The Chorus reserves the right to revoke membership or participation privileges for behavior that violates our community values or disrupts activities.

2. Event Attendance: Attendance at Chorus concerts, rehearsals, and events is at your own risk. The Chorus strives to maintain a safe and welcoming environment but is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during Chorus-related events.

3. Accessibility: The Chorus is committed to accessibility and reasonable accommodations. We encourage all participants and attendees to inform us of any accessibility needs in advance, where possible, so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

4. Use of Website and Digital Content: All content on the Chorus website, including audio, video, images, text, and promotional materials, is the property of the Chorus or used with permission. You may view, download, and share content for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

5. Privacy and Data: The Chorus respects your privacy. Any personal data collected during membership or event registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Donations and Refunds: Many Chorus events are funded by donations. Generally, donations and ticket purchases are non-refundable. In cases where refunds are issued, the Chorus reserves the right to determine refund eligibility.

7. Code of Conduct: The Chorus is committed to creating an inclusive, harassment-free environment for all members, volunteers, and attendees. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from Chorus activities.
